ISSUANCE OF A NEW PASSPORT<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since there is no automatic passport issuing machine at the embassy at the moment, please follow the following instructions:<\/p>\n

1- Fill out the application form (download the form<\/u><\/strong>)<\/a>, according to the previous official documents.<\/p>\n

2- \u00a0Attach a copy of the passport and residence, in addition to a personal photo 5 * 5 with a white background<\/p>\n

3- When requesting a profession change, proof of the new profession must be sent.<\/p>\n

4- A copy of the marriage contract, certified by the competent authorities, in case the request was submitted on behalf of the wife.<\/p>\n

5- In the case of newborns, attach the birth certificate and copies of the parents’ passports and residence permits.<\/p>\n

6- In the event that a replacement passport is issued, attach a copy of the police report on the lost passport.<\/p>\n

  1. Documents issued by authorities and institutions in the Republic of Yemen must be certified by the Consular Department of the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or one of the Ministry’s branches in the Yemeni governorates.<\/li>
  2. Documents issued by Chinese authorities and institutions must be attested by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs before being authenticated by the Yemeni Embassy in Beijing.<\/li>

          1. An invitation from the Immigration and Passports Department of the Ministry of Interior in Yemen.<\/li>
          2. Invitation to visit from the host, addressed to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the case of applying for a student visa, the nature and duration of the study must be determined by the host academic Authority.<\/li>
          3. If the applicant is under the age of eighteen, the consent of both the mother and the father must be submitted in a letter signed and certified by a notary.<\/li>
          4. Submit an application to the embassy, \u200b\u200bexplaining the reasons for the visit and the place of residence.<\/li>
          5. Fill out a visa application form (download the form<\/span><\/strong>).<\/li>
          6. Attach two recent front color photographs with a white background, size (4\u00d76).<\/li>
          7. A passport valid for at least six months.<\/li>
          8. A health certificate that the visitor is free from any infectious diseases.<\/li>
